Registration Details:

• Pre-registration closes on 03/11/2012.
• After 03/11, registration rates (including onsite registration) will increase by $10.00.
• If you register online after 03/18, please bring a printed PayPal receipt to the registration tables on the day of the conference.
• If registering on-site, you can pay by cash, check, purchase order, or PayPal.
• All requests for refunds made before 03/17 will be honored, less a $5.00 processing fee.
